About the Role
As our Digital Solutions Associate, you will champion the design, deployment, and administration of Microsoft 365 environments alongside low-code/no-code applications. You’ll streamline business workflows, automate operations, and empower teams with user-friendly digital tools that elevate our Order Management System and back-office processes.
Job Responsibilities
M365 Administration: Configure and manage Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange for optimal collaboration and security
Low-Code/No-Code Development: Build and maintain applications on platforms such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Bubble.io, or similar to automate booking, routing, and reporting
Workflow Automation: Analyze business processes and implement automated flows to reduce manual work and minimize errors
User Support & Training: Provide first-line support, develop documentation, and conduct training sessions to onboard staff on new digital tools
Integration & Data Management: Connect OMS data sources (bookings, driver jobs, emissions) with M365 and low-code apps for real-time dashboards and reporting
Continuous Improvement: Monitor system usage, gather feedback, and iterate on solutions to boost user adoption and operational efficiency
Qualifications & Experience
NITEC/Higher NITEC in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline
1–3 years’ experience managing Microsoft 365 environments and collaborating on Teams/SharePoint projects
Proven hands-on with low-code/no-code platforms (Power Apps/Automate, Bubble.io, AppSheet, etc.)
Strong understanding of workflow design, data modeling, and integration best practices
Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and user-training skills
Familiarity with security/compliance standards in cloud-based solutions
