About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic Marketing Associate to drive brand visibility, generate high-quality B2B leads, and support our growth into new service lines. You’ll craft and execute multi-channel campaigns, manage content for our website and social platforms, and collaborate closely with Sales to strengthen our value proposition in the maritime industry.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement SEO-optimized content for web pages and blog posts
Plan, execute, and track email newsletters, social-media campaigns, and digital ads targeting ship agencies, management firms, and ship owners
Coordinate marketing collateral: brochures, decks, event materials
Maintain and analyze CRM and OMS data to measure campaign performance and generate insights for lead nurturing
Assist in organizing trade-show presence and collateral distribution; manage sponsorship assets
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and identify partnership or advocacy opportunities
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum NITEC/Higher NITEC in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Strong writing and editor skills; proven ability to produce SEO-driven content and digital assets
Familiarity with email-marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot), social‐media management tools, and basic graphic design (Canva)
Experience with CRM analytics is a plus
1-year B2B marketing experience, preferably in maritime, logistics, or transport services, is a plus
Proactive, data-driven mindset with excellent project management and communication skills
